Holy Spirit (Questions for thought)

1. Who is the Holy Spirit?
2. What is His purpose?
3. Is He for today's christians?
4. What about the gifts and their relationship to the Holy Spirit?
5. Have the gifts been done away with now that we have the Bible?
6. Why should we want the gifts?
7. Can I go to heaven without the Holy Spirit?
8. Can I go to heaven without experiencing the Gifts if they still exist?
9. Why do some churches believe in the gifts and others do not?
10. Some are baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, do you receive the Holy Spirit at that time?
11. Why does the Holy Spirit seem to be more powerful in some than others?
12. What does it mean when you hear, the manifestation of the Spirit?
13. Can man give the Holy Spirit to others? And if so, by what authority?
14. Is there a sign that you can see in a person that has the Holy Spirit?
15. How can we check to see if the Holy Spirit is active in our life?
16. Is the Holy Spirit the same that existed in Jesus?
17. Do miracles occur by the power of the Holy Spirit or do we have to pray and see if God wants to do the miracle?
18. If the Holy Spirit is as active to day as He was in Jesus's time, why don't we see the miracles today that occurred in the Bible?
